Fill out your Ballot:

Mark your ballot with a black or blue ink pen, and seal it in the envelope marked ballot. Place the ballot envelope in the envelope labeled affidavit, then seal it.

Complete your Affidavit Envelope:

Your Affidavit Envelope must have your name printed on it, signed and dated. 

 

If you have a YELLOW affidavit envelope, a standard absentee ballot packet, you must have the affidavit envelope notarized. Banks and Tag Agencies will notarize your ballot for free. 

 

If you have a PINK affidavit envelope, a physically incapacitated absentee ballot packet, you must have the affidavit envelope signed by two witnesses. 


Seal in Envelope labeled Outer Envelope.

Return your Ballot:

Ballots must be received by the Oklahoma County Election Board by 7 pm, Tuesday April 6th. If mailing your ballot, place two stamps on the Outer Envelope. The USPS recommends ballots are in the mailed by March 29th to guarantee delivery by April 6th. 

 

If you have a YELLOW affidavit envelope, a standard absentee ballot packet, you may return your ballot in person. Ballot packets must be completed, notarized, and sealed in the outer envelope. You can hand deliver your ballot to the Oklahoma County Election Board, 4201 N Lincoln Boulevard, during regular business hours before Monday April 5th at 5 pm.
